Membership/Shipping Policy:

In cases of Documentation Service, documents will be delivered to the specified address only after payment of delivery and handling charges in advanced. The Documents shall be delivered within 30 working days after payment of all fees and delivery and handling charges.

The respective Fee mentioned for Consultation services is only for the duration of one year i.e.365 days starting from date of Payment. Within Few days of payment, the consumer will be provided a unique Identification number(UIDN), and the UIDN may or may not be provided in form of Physical Card. The delivery of card will be done at the cost paid by the client.

Cancellation Policy:

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime but before acceptance through our company. The acceptance of your offer will be notified to you via Mail or Phone call or both. Company reserves all right to cancel the product or Service anytime on the demand of Client.

Return/Refund Policy:

Product once received shall be returned after delivery of product or Issuance of UIDN, only if product delivered or service provided is totally different from the one ordered by the client/consumer. we will also accept return, if the content of documents are found different than the details provided by the client/consumer.

In case of cancellation or return, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If the address provided by the client to deliver the product founds to be incorrect, then the company will have all rights to accept or decline further request of change in address after the initiation of delivery. Such new delivery will be done after the payment of delivery and handling charges+Inconvenience Charges for new address. The Mode of refund will be through online mode of transaction direct into the account of Client/Consumer.
