Our Franchise based Business model is based on Profit Share and reinvestment Business model.  Our franchize under the resources and support of company will engage in the works assigned and in turn Our Franchise holders will get share in whatever profit is generated. For annual profit incurred by or under the Franchise holder, the Franchise Holder will get the share equals to 30% of the Total profit generated. Another share of 30% of net profit will be utilised as reinvestment in the working area of the Franchise holder itself to create more opportunity, Training programmes, Infrastructure and asset buildup, Human resource, Awareness programmes, Social Services etc leading to the further growth of franchise and Company.

Subscribing to this Franchise Based Business Model is so easy and for a very Nominal One time Subscription fee of 3,00,000/- Rupees only.  There are no hidden charges. Just fill in few columns with your details. A Team of A & S Jurisprudentia will verify the details and after verification you'll be assigned an ID card along with other relevant documents and you will be designated as a Franchise holder of A & S Jurisprudentia. The Subscription money as security deposit will be used in setting the infrastructure of the Franchise and in Training Programmes itself. 

Non-Disclosure Agreement. The parties agree and acknowledge that, as a result of negotiating, entering into and performing this Agreement, each party has and will have access to certain of the other party's Confidential Information (as defined below). Each party also understands and agrees that misuse and/or disclosure of that information could adversely affect the other party's business. Accordingly, the parties agree that, during the Term of this Agreement and thereafter, each party shall use and reproduce the other party's Confidential Information solely for purposes of this Agreement and only to the extent necessary for such purpose and shall restrict disclosure of the other party's Confidential Information to its employees, consultants or independent contractors with a need to know and shall not disclose the other party's Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written approval of the other party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it shall not be a breach of this Agreement for either party to disclose Confidential Information of the other party if required to do so under law (including compliance with any applicable federal or state securities laws) or in a judicial or other governmental investigation or proceeding, provided the other party has been given prior written notice and the disclosing party has sought all commercially reasonable safeguards against any further dissemination prior to such disclosure.

Your subscription to the franchise may be terminated on any or more of the following grounds (Not Exlusive list):

• Violation of any NDA Clause.

• Misuse of Franchise Name.

• Sub-Delegation of Goodwill or Franchise without authorisation.

• Engaging in or associating with any Criminal activities/ Finacial crimes or Fraud of any kind.

• Misuse of ID card issued by the Company. 

• Threatening/abusing/using criminal force in the name of company.

• Involving in any activity harming the interest and goodwill of company.
